Ok i accept what you are saying .
I dont get though ..why would mercruiser say its a magnum when its only 330 hp?

I know a bravo mag has is a different configuration and says 365 hp.
i (me) never saw a magnum that was rated at 330 hp. i have seen alpha magnums and assumed it was more than a plain old 330. Im not saying you are wrong.

plain and simple . . . . . marketing. Keep in mind this was at the beginning of the Bravo and Magnum era. In 87 Merc was phasing out earlier engines and linearizing the platform in preperation of the Bravos release in 88. i have had several Alpha Mags in the shop and all were 87's, there are a couple 34 Scarabs in my area with twins (now thats an oddball combo) The Aplha Magnum was nothing but a marketing move and its basically, what in 88, became the standard 330. You have to be careful i have seen them come up for sale occasionally hell i drove two hundred miles for a Mag that was for sale on here and the second i got near it i new it was an Alpha Mag (iron intake, small heads, etc) seller did not know either. The cast intrnal 330hp Alpha Mag is pretty common knowledge, just an annomoly many wish never existed

as for original question i would think a 21 Mirage would be a good prop for that setup pending how tired the engine is. Its still a fairly heavy boat for a single and the X dimension would be far to deep for a four blade B1.

Small man as far as mental. Big physically ? Ohhhh, so scary little man. You truly are special.

Proved I lie ? No. I gave facts and you called me a liar. You can disagree and say so, but calling me a liar on something true ? This makes you a little man,

Internet tough guy for standing up for myself. You reporting me for giving facts you just turn around and dall me a liar ?

This makes you a little man, little man.

How about you call someone else a liar and see how they act.

I don’t follow you around. We are on the same place.

I am now going to follow you around OSO for calling me a liar again and even thinking I follow you around.

You want a troll, you got it little man.

BTW to others, he came right out and called me a liar about a boat I’ve been working on for, oh, 29 years. Maintenance, repairs, and mods. Know it intimately. Again, no big deal till someone calls you a liar in front of others.

Didn’t just disagree, came out with ‘you're a liar.’

Not that big of a deal until someone calls you that.

This thread is now closed, sorry if the original question wasn’t answered but this needs to stop NOW!

Numerous mods have posted but you continue, so I’m putting an end to this.

If either of you follow each other to another thread or start another thread where a mod needs to step in, you both will be banned. Read the forum rules, I don’t have to give a reason to get rid of you!

Here is some advice, put the other member on your ignore list before you are no longer a member of OSO.
