Mystery plugs 292
https://cimg2.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.off...befb3c1831.jpg
I just bought a 2002 292 and in the starboard gunnel I find these 2 plugs. 3 wires plus a purple wire that is not in the plug but has a bullet connector. Prior owner has no idea what they are. They have tape on them labeled port and starboard. wondering if anyone has a clue what these may have come from or what they go to. I haven't found the other end yet so I'm at a loss. |
what engines are in the boat, maybe a relay connection ?

Does the boat have aftermarket stereo? Those look like OE speaker wire to me.

Boat came stock with 350's, and prior owner had it changed to 6.2's out of an other 292 |

The only part that confuses me is that they are labeled port/starboard, and they are not long enough to reach to the port side. |

But based on most of the rigging that I've found so far, the guy (not prior owner) that rigged it did a LOT of wierd/wrong stuff. So if these are supposed to go somewhere, I'd appreciate the where. |
