Hey guys I’m building a 292 SR1 with 625HP a side and was wondering what kind of speed would I get out of it. Also the transom is notched as well. Should I run 4 or 5 blade props too? Thanks for all input

Going to need a lot more info to be able to answer those questions.
what year is the boat
Have you measured prop shaft height?
what drives?
625 hp at what rpm? Dyno with marine accessories and exhaust?

Distant Thunder had a very healthy 292 a couple years back and may have some info for you. This probably isn’t a light enough boat for 5 blades on bravo drives. I would guess 28-30p Bravo four blades are going to be close. Mid 80’s if you haven’t raised the drives? Should be fun with that power.
