Default FASTech 382 problem

I have a video tape stuck in the TV/VCR........what can I do to get it out? It won't play, fast forward or rewind........and duh, it won't eject either. Any ideas. It'a FreezeFrame video!!!!

Beyond tearing it apart, there's nothing you can do.

Take it to a repair shop-they can get it out without distroying the video. Trash the VCR afterwords. Make sure and tell them that the video is worth more to you than the VCR.

DUDE that thing is NEVER going to leave Dick Simon at this rate!!! As has already been said you will have to take it to the repair store to get it. Probably what happened is on a landing a piece on the eject mech. popped out and it just has to be snapped back in. You may want to ask them to glue it back on so that it will not pop off again if that is in fact what happened.

A lotta times its a 85 cent rubber belt that has "grown" with age and is now slipping.

If the VCR is part of a TV then you'll need to get it freshened up. If its a garden variety VCR then bust it up and get your tape out and throw the cazrcass in the trash.

New ones are $65 and you can get sweet ones for $30 at pawn shops...
