Actually, it's 80.7 at 4,700 rpm.

But that's almost as sick, anyway..... :eek:

80+ mph on black MerCruiser engines - sheesh. Probably gets almost 2 mpg at 55 mph cruise, too...

Tom - You're a great guy, but I still hate you. Now If we could just install my deck, interior, and engines in your hull....... :drink:

Hats off to Formula for creating a 38' package this efficient with stock power (the blue-printed bottom may have something to do with it as well).

Chuck, you don't hate me...just these basic black engines. Let's get together after you return from Ohio. I'd like to help you get your bad-ass bat boat back in the water.

Looks great. Kind of reminds me of Gilligan's Island when the Minnow went out for a 3 hour cruise and took years. Fred thought it would take a couple of days :p :D

There has been a lot of interest. The day that we were with Scott Porter, he told me that they only made about 14 of these special kevlar hulls. I think that you would agree that this is the nicest one in the world because it has never been raced. I have not even had time for a Poker Run...maybe the second owner will get a chance to use it.

Check out our 2004 370SS. We did a fun run from Jackson Park Harbor in Chicago to Michigan City, IN with The Chicago Power Boat Club over Labor Day weekend. Previously owned a 1998 382 FasTec with 500HP carbs but had to change direction and style because the wife had skin problems from the sun and we did not want to join a summer bowling league. It's not a FasTec but in 3-6's on Lake Michigan we did not spill a drop. We also have left a few Baja's in our wake on rough days trying to figure out why the performance cruiser blew by them. Simple " It's a FORMULA"
