A friends brother in law was in the market and I was asked if I'd sell last week, price was met after sea trial Sunday.
The old saying "the best 2 days of boat owning is the day you buy and the day you sell" isn't true for me. I do want something faster next year though but won't even cosider anything until spring.

Yeah RD382....that shot had tame water. :D The engine thing is working pretty great!!!! Problem is that I have one XZ and one XR drive now. Just waiting for the other XZ to blow. :D :D :D The XZ is a faster drive (uses less HP), but weaker!

We put some wind makers on top when we were doing the refresh. :D :D :D :D :drink: :drink:

That's the real reason why I was redoing the instrument panel, or was it that we added them because we had extra holes in the panel? :drink:

I don't have any numbers, just receipts!!

Tried new 32 Bravos and got about 5000RPM
Tried Jeffrey's 30 Bravos and got about 5100RPM
Now...I have one XZ and one XR.....and the XR is lower in RPM about by about 100
Still don't know any speeds excep it pegs the stock speedo. :D :D

C Spray, Looks great!! Did you repaint over old graphics? How about on the deck did you cover all of the old graphics or remove..if removed was gelcoat discolored?

Thanks guys. These are digital pics of 4"X6" 35mm prints. Some of the exposures are a little off, but they don't look bad. The helo shots were done a few years ago after a GLSCS race in Mentor, Ohio by the race film crew as a token of appreciation for my volunteer work as Chief Physician and pace/rescue boat. On the last pic (#672), I caught two big 7 foot swells together, launched off the first one and drilled the second. The spray actually soaked the photographer hanging out on the skid of the helo from the waste down ... he told me he had water running out of his shoes! :D

The two guys in life jackets in the back seat were paramedics that had never been on an offshore before. I think they were having a pretty good time! :drink:

Just got it early August :D Fresh 500EFIs with bumped up cams and some head work. Still working on prop testing. Banging limiters (5500) at 76 w/labbed 28 B1s.

Do I have to winterize already? :(

Beautiful 382. I have been drooling over a 353 with the same paint but can't put the number together. Someone makes a bilge heater if you can stand riding in 30 degree weather :rolleyes: :D
