Smile Done deal ......
Well ...the Survey guy called after a cpl hours of looking over the northern Michigan 311 and told me if I didn't make an offer I was a fool ....said pretty much a 9 out 10 across the board .....Sooooo....called the guy up and we have come to terms ....I will hold back 5K until sea trail .....its more than I wanted to spend ..but hey ... you get what you pay for ....
