The old motor must have blown, there is oil residue all over the bilge area.

2nd shot, the hole in the floor has a water pickup in it. I will need to repair the floor and just make a large enough hole to acces the hardware.

The transom from the inside needs some glass work. I have no idea what the old owners were trying to do...

the outside of the transom looks ok to me, the wood is very solid in this area.

Can anyone tell if this patern is the TRS outdrive gimbal or Cobra?? I am still looking for this info.

I will try to get a better pic of the floor later. Is there anything in the two large box area that seem to take up space?? I would really like to lower the floor if possible just depends on how high the motor will be at the transom. I do not plan on installing a sundeck, I want a lot of cockpit room for my dive gear. Also a nice large swim platform over the transom. If anyone else dives i am sure they know what my goal is.
