Rippem,
We should cruise from A-Bay down the American side, cut across the Wolf Island Cut then on to Kingston. On the way back we'll take the Canadian channel. Nice ride along that side. Goes by Gananoque (sp?). Maybe if it's early, we could stop into Lake of the Isles for a short raft up and view the sights, if you know what I mean.
Just a suggestion for a nice route to take.

Sounds good.
If the wind is reasonable (I'm in, even if it's not
), fuel load and participating boat sizes allow, leaving K-Town and coming around the end of Wolf Island to the Cape would be
. Run down the back side of Carlton, then cross over at the Cut again for the Canadian channel route back. This would be a nice figure "8" route for the day, with no repetition. We'll play it by ear, dependent on the factors mentioned above. I spend a fair bit of time in the Eastern Lake, and we all know the River quite well.
We'll take a couple of shortcuts here and there.

Roger that on the short cuts, there's some cool little channels that are real nice,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,if,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, ,you know where you're going. I'm sure you know how dangerous to underwater rotating equipment some of those areas can be!!!!!!!
It'll be fun man, maybe we can show each other some new stuff
Also, I agree on playing the wind for the sake of the smaller boats. Some of those stretches can be a bit bumpy. The Forty Acres north of Wolfe Island comes to mind. As for me, I'll run anything

So, does this mean we have to hang out with the little guy the 31st? ThirdBird, were you in the pond last Sat? Saw two Formulas tied together in there. And Rip, don't you worry we be takin' good care of Nurse Ratchet here in Syr, she's a good learner. Very psyched for slip 27. We have a slip for Thurs - Mon at the International Marina for Harborfest. We welcome evening visitors and spend the days at the pond or Lakeview. Axa, how was the snooty BCC outing?

I'll have to check the rules and see if we would allow a Donzi to join us on the 31st. Shouldn't be to much of a problem though. Looking forward to the additional company in the boathouse the month of August. I've got a feeling that you may like it so much, you will try to convince them into letting you keep it for next year!
We finished 4th overall. A stupid chip and a bogey cost us a tie for second. Oh well...tough greens. Reminded me of Taylors Tiny town. I'll give you the details later. We made the dinner cruise on the 24th, so Harbor Fest is off for us. Will miss it, but not a bad thing either.

Ragged,
How have you been? Rumour has it we'll be neighbors soon. They'll let just about anyone in that boathouse won't they? Hell, they keep renewing Rip and Axa so the bar ain't set real high. . Very happy with the new ride, even though it's not officially sanctioned for Formula cruise events. What'd you end up with, a 35?

5PMSMWHR -
Still searching for a 35. Having trouble finding one that runs slow enough so I can still hang with my Formula buddies!
When are you joing the boathouse and smoothie gang?
