Filled all the old holes with 5200 and drilled a Szit load of new ones 1 for every 6 inches of vinyl and 1 for every 4 inches of stainless kept 1 small piece of the black to compaire .. It was worth it !!!.. took the wife 
my son and myself about 6hrs start to finish.. Made me feel good on monday when my boss told me the boat looked so good to put it in the show room..
