West Marine carries TACO rubrails, the OE supplier for many brands of boats. The stores and online site carries only in short lenghts, but WM has a special order dept that can order lenghts up to I 'believe' 200' . I bought a 70' section of the insert from them last winter. You will pay a premium for a single peice though.

I should have been more clear. I replaced only my insert with a single 1 peice which I only could buy through WM special order dept. Taco wouldn't sell to me directly. Didn't really look into the rubrail itself as I wasn't conscerned with that.

Just so happens that that is the same project that I,m doing. Taco discontinued the one I needed so I got it out of rubrails.com. . Mine is also vinyl and cost $20.00 per foot. I thought that it would be easier than it is. I suggest getting help from a friend.
Good luck.
