I saw some at the last poker run I was at and never found the guy who had em. They were on a 27 Fever.

I've seen new Fountains that had what looked like regular sloted vent covers. The slots were enough to interupt the rush of water that normally would have gone up the vent tube. Possibly that is what you seen?
