Trick was having a blowout on blank colored twin engine dash panels last week. $299, normally $499. You won't find them at that price colored and engraved anywhere. There are several guys here who do laser engraving if your mechanic runs into snags.

thanks for the tip ....i live right by livorsi and my mechanic has a friend over there, so he says he has the hook up for the dash parts....i emailed blowinincome like you said and he told me no problem, and he would let me know prices on the rear deck skin (looking for one with the fountain logo on it) and the couch skin. he said the factory was closed today, but would let me know as soon as he can....

Nice rig. These are the panels I have for sale at $400. That's what I get for them all year before the big sales.

If you plan on replacing your dash don't bother replacing it with the standard guage set up, it's boring. This is the Monster guage layout that I sell allot of. Looks custom and allows you to put whatever guages you want in.

Doug what's up?

That panel was done with Monster guages, GPS speedo, New throttles and shifters, switches, breakers, wired with factory harness ready to plug into any stock Merk harness. It ran about $2500 installed.

I can do them up anyway you want. Most people like the idea of unplugging their panel and plugging the new one in with no wiring harness hassle.

Lofty, do you do P/Cing and chrome plating also?

Also, is there any problem with the bare alum corroding after the lasering?

Thanks

US1, We do powder coating and chrome plating but i don't recommend chroming to anyone. It tends to come up off the aluminum before too long. I like to clear coat after the engraving. This prevents any corrosion from starting. Although, the engraving tends to passivate the aluminum so it wont start to oxidize in the first place.

The nice thing about doing a custom panels is that you can arrange the guages so the steering wheel doesn't occlude them. I've done dozens of different arrangements for Fountains but only a few really work well.
