We did the Sarasota run in a 05 47 with trip 525's. Sweet boat. Ran 90 with 8people and fuel. The next day with 3 of us, it ran 92.

BTW, It's for sale. Find it at Shogren Performance.

I know Matthew well and have been on this boat. It runs great, is very comfortable and roomy, and handles the rough stuff amazingly well. He definitely has it priced right. In fact, it makes me wonder about what I paid for my 06 42 Executioner. I believe you would be very happy with it at that price, and if you boat in big water, you will definitely appreciate the extra length.

So is the boat as nice as it looks? I assume the paint looks even better in person. When were you out on it?Thanks

I too was with Memphis on matthew's 47 and it is absolutely as clean as it looks. I is one if not the best looking 47 fountain on the water in my opinion. Rides like a cadillac and has the performance of a 38 or 42. Matthew ALWAYS takes great care of his possessions. Good luck with the purchase!

Mike, I'm not trying to steer you one way or another. A purchase like this is a major deal. Buy the one that you like the best. Sometimes a few more $$ in the beginning saves you more $$$ after the purchase. Get all the options that you want, and the graphics that you like the best. Even if it's a few more bucks. it's worth it to have a one of a kind boat.

The 47 of Shogrens, is flawless. I drove it on the way back from the lunch stop, and also on sunday before we left for Chicago. If you'd like to talk to me, pm me with your phone # and I'll give you a call back. I can probablly answer any question you have about that 47.

Thanks, Frank

Remember, the cheapest part of boating is buying the boat

The 47 at Shogrens looks amazing with the tribal graphics. I have seen nothing but kind words about these guys. I wish you the best of luck with your purchase.

Don't get me wrong here, they are both sweet, but the Shogren boat is a little better looking.

Oh yeah one more thing, not for nuttin' but with a purchase of that magnitude It may be reassuring to know that you have dealer support after the sale. Also, they may even help if you ever decide to unload the boat down the road. With the volume of boats Shogrens sells, they may get you more money for your trade-in. just my .02
