Triple application??????

My buddies trip 42 is mounted just like the other motors. Just plain ol hard rubber exhaust hose. The long tailpipes with out the support seemed questionable to me, but he never had any problems with the center exhaust. Merc/Gil exhaust.

my old setup was CMI Big tubes, they came out above the swimplate form. I have switched to E-Tops, had to redrill the standard Bravo setup. The center tail pipes go on the outside of the rear engines....my question is how do the tailpipes mount to the fiberglass??? does that make any sense

Mine were pipes that went thru the transom and had a trim plate with an o-ring that slid over the tail and mounted to the transom. I now have pneumatic mufflers that mount directly to the fiberglass.

yep, it has a flush 4" tube that leads to the other holes

I had to look
There is a flange on the inside of the transom. The pipe stops even with the hull inside the "molded platform" Its called using the boat as a muffler
Its not bad when your moving but it does shake the boat when your at the dock.

There is a pipe with a flange welded to it. The flange is screwed and sealed to the transom. The long pipe hooks to that with exhaust hose. I know its dirty, I'm still spring cleaning
