I think it would be a great idea, I had a 32' Sunsation with a single HP500efi, no cabin, 5 man stand up, weighed in at 5000lbs and ran 79.6Mph on GPS.
The ONLY downside was docking could get a little tricky when the wind was blowing.

The 29 with a single 525 is pretty sad out of the hole (I have driven several)... how would a 32' be?

True, but that may be due to the aggressive x-dim and prop selection. They were probably set up for top end numbers.

I think on a 32 a single 525 aint enough. just my $0.02.

I agree, a single 525 is not enough. The minimum should be at least a 600 or preferably a Ilmor 625, more hp and less weight.. That would really be interesting. It would no longer be considered a low rider. Who is going to be the first to try it?
