The person who bought that 42 new from the factory is a friend and it was kept in the slip right behind mine on Cumberland. The boat was ordered from the factory with 1100 Cobras and 6's. After the fact chillers were added which bumped the HP up to 1150 or 1200.

When the Cobras were first installed in the boat I don't think they plumed the fuel system correctly and they had some issues with the Cobras, but that was all straightened out and I heard the boat ran great for the second owner.

The second owner put the custom paint on it. I think he ran it out of a lake in Oklahoma. When I knew it the boat was immaculate. Some boats just come off the factory floor put together better than others on the line.
This thing was perfect. I have no idea what it is like now - only that it has been for sale for quite a while. Maybe because it has such big power. I know it's fast.

Ive seen the boat several times and spoken to the owner about it. It is extremely clean. That is one that you dont have to think twice about buying.

The current owner is on OSO, he goes by "Rare Breed" the name of his new boat. I am sure if you contact him he will tell you all he knows about it; he is a good honest guy I have known for many years..
