what do you think I should list the boat for? I would like to move it on a timely fashion. I have put 40K worth of engines exhaust....ect...in the last year.

Those NADA values are a suggestion at best. Custom boats or boats like yours that are not factory stock will sell what ever the market will bear. Look at what others are asking and set your price accordingly.

That's the million dollar question. I have been checking all the classifeds. they are priced from 50K to 100K with 454's 502's ect...ect... From a personal aspect I think the values are a little high for "true market value" I guess I am just looking for a little inside insight.
