Not really new to the website but new to owning a fountain. I picked this 04 up in Jersey last February and put 60 hours on it over the summer in the Cheaspeake Bay. After owning a Baja 29 Outlaw for 6 years it was time to move up. I absolutely love the thing and wanted to show it to you all. By the way - that is just a wash rack that I used for the pictures - the boat sits in a custom stepped rack that supports the boat from the transom all the way forward.

To US1 Fountain - Mutley rules. I hate to knock another brand but the Baja was just not up to the demands of the Chesapeake Bay - it has really gotten nasty over the last couple of years. There is really no comparison - the Fountain rides level, it is so smooth, it is controllable at all speeds, with an average burn of 22 gph and get this - the wife actually likes it.

Where do you run out of?

To 99Fever27 - I put her up October 4th - with September so lousy I figured it was time - so what happens - October turns out beautiful - I like to get out early so well see what April 15 07 looks like - enjoy it while ya can.

To insptech - I run out of the Patapsco - 13 miles out of the Inner Harbor in MD
