Curious about the performance difference on the new 38's with the staggered set up vs the non staggered, say a 2001 38 twin step. Anyone have any experience to know roughly how much different with same power? tia for you input.

The Chevelle business must be good
Congrats!
BTW Just picked up my 69' Chevelle project car, 307 powerglide car....... its rough but Im going to take it all the way apart, channel it and put a stretched late model stock car chassis underneath, fully adjstable suspension, 12" wide tires on all 4, big brakes, quickchange, screamin' smallblock...... she'll be bad
congrats again on the boat!!

Thanks, call me if you need any parts, (no the price did not go up because of the new boat) LOL. To answer the earlier question, angle of attack, drive height, center of gravity, laying the boat down instead of raising the bow to allow the steps to work all contribute to a higher speed. By the way our crew chief help set up the new 38 for these higher speeds after we set the v record at 112.025 with 525s in a 38. Roger
