Default Engine Oil Preluber

Whats a good location to mount a engine oil preluber. I have a 29 Fountain with a 305 Merc and #6 Drive. Just kiddn'. Its a 500EFI. Any pictures would be appreciated. Also, what is every ones thoughts on a preluber? Thanks

No, really the 305 will run faster, honest, especially with a 6 drive and if you really want to be cool - get a 12 foot extension box. Roostertail will start 12 feet back from the transom

I have a Masterlube on my 29'. I mounted it right next to the fire bottle. The hose is tied to the battery cable around to the right side of the motor and into the engine at the oil sender.

I don't but I can get some next time I go to the Havasu house where the boat is and then send them to you . I'll be there in the next couple of weeks.

master lubes are great and have a great failure rate. this one is mounted on the engine. if you use one , try to keep it as close to the engine as possible.
