I am now hitting the new rev limiters with about 2 inches of throttle to go. Julie is getting me dialed in via some of her CNC throttle-up blades. I am excited about exploring new top end goals... spinning in.

I appreciate the help I received here in the forum on appropriate prop selection. In the end a number of local and national companies came together to help me solve my boat propping situation. I thought the people with fountains might be interested in some of the answers I came up with. My local Marina/performance mechanic worked with Fountain and Hydromotive to get me a set of 29 hydromotives set up to fountain specs. In wi we have strict noise ordinances so the marina also worked with CMI out of Neenah Wi to come up with a great set of mufflers that pass 86 db at idle and have virtually no back pressure at full throttle. The combo got us to 82.5 with a full tank of gas and a fully loaded boat at 5000 rpms before lab work. This was also in 90 deg plus weather.
We will start the lab work soon. The Marina I work with is Sweetwater Performance out of Oshkosh ,wi. CMI,FOUNTAIN,HYDROMOTIVE AND SWEETWATER REALLY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP GET SOME EXTRA MPH OUT OF MY BOAT. I appreciate that as well as the help received here at the forum.
