KJM - I see you are running P5s. Do you have a really high x-dim. How did you decide to go with those versus the P5XS? That is really a great speed increase. How many rpms did you pick up?

I just posted my rpm, torque and hp numbers in the prop section of this board. I achieve peak torque at 5000 and peak hp at 5800.

What does he charge for a 35?

Who do you use? I am local and think I have a small hook at the aft.

Ask for Billy

He did all the work on the 32 Skater, has done many Fountains, and now perfecting the 36 Spectre.

He can explain the details.

I would like to see the engines turning 5800. Is it worth turning the engines to 5800, where the dyno sheet says my top hp should be? Anyone had any luck labbing a P5X?

Triple digits are right there....................
What type of power are you running and how much hp?

I am running 540s dynoed 710 hp at 5800.
Currently, turning the 31 P5Xs at 5600; that is my question, is worth trying for that extra 200 rpm with labbing?
