The Gils manifolds I have been wrestling for for about a week installing have a double 1" hose outlet, My factory manifolds had a rubber cap on the front one, as I seem to have the earlier style thermostat housing. Can anyone forsee any problems just capping up the front one, also the Gils I have, have a small bypass hose in the rear as well???

Anybody have any ideas on what to do on these

alot of merc thermostat housings 4 hoses one hose to the bottom of the manifold one to the top on each side
