Default painting plexaglass

i have a 94fever that has the smoke colored plexaglass wind faring.the stuff is haze-cracking in the center.thinking about painting it.i see alot of fountain owners doing that.what kind of paint and what kind of prep is involved?thanks.

What colors is your Fountain, their is an Acrylic guy who postes on here often and he had made a new Acrylic one for a guy and had plenty of it left over to make some more but it was a blue tint Acrylic.

Cost wise, I would put white vynal on it to start

Do the paint. Take it to a body shop and for 150-200 they will do it. They add plastic or elastic stuff to the paint to make it flexible. Before/after on my old boat. I have done on current boat also, but havent got pics yet/

How has the paint on wind screen held up to sun? Is there any premautre fading?

The only issue that I have had is when putting a cover on and taking it off all of the time the edges where it is dragged across shows black. Barely noticeable.
