Pier 57 has a 2000 staggered 42 6 drive-cabin delete that is available without engines. The boat (it is Pier 57 lettered )has been for sale for years.IN THIS MARKET whats it worth without power but with trannys, headers bell housing ect,

Word is that these race boats are hard to get rid of because of the very limited market. Especially in this market, I would make a real low offer. Most people in the market don't want to buy a boat and spend the time and money on motors unless they are racing.

I was told EXACTLY the same thing .To me (since i live a half mile from where i would keep the boat) a cabin is useless (too hot to sleep in anyway during the summer )The whole reason (i am told )behind the stepped hulls is less power -more reliability ,more time boating not rebuilding ect.Interesting enough ALMOST EVERY RACEBOAT LISTED on the board(no matter the make ) has been there for years.
