Anyone have any experance with 871's and chillers fitting under a stock hatch on a 38 fever. I hoping not to hurt the interior, dont mind cutting the hatch for clearance.

Any help or picture's would be great, thanks much

well we have 420 b&m's in our 38 fever and the hatches are cut into....but they are sothick that there is still padding and i think it looks great

I have the same boat. Blowers will not fit under stock hatches especially with chillers. Need to cut holes and add scoops

Pitch the chillers...I stuffed tall decks with 10-71's under our 42's hatches and had 1/2" to spare.

871's and recessed boxes cut into hatches, works good. ( no chillers) 2001 38 Lightening
