I told you after the wife rode in yours i would have to go bigger.
I dont boat on scugog anymore we bought a place on chimonge and we boat up there and sturgon,
The stv had only been out three times in the last two years so it was time to move up to a bigger ride.
not used to going so slow now.

Hey Brian, congrats on the new ride.
Send me a PM if you plan on being up in the Orillia area. My boat is up on Georgian Bay now for the next three weeks on my friends lift right in Midland Bay, will be back on Couch after that.

Cangrats again;

Jay

chimonge? better watch out for the weeds Might be a real good idea to invest in a set of sea strainers and water pressure gauges for the boat Brian. Asd for going slower now, no worries, you'll burn gas faster

Ya need to get the boat up to Couchiching for the long weekend. Big party at Big Chief Island every long weekend. More room on Simcoe to stretch out the legs on the boat too.

Look up Pull My Trigger here on OSO. Doug is in Oshawa and has a twin SBC powered 29 fountain too. He just did a repower on his ride and I'm sure he could answer any questions you might have about your boat.

As for my cat, I started last year on a major repower and re rig program. Everything seems to take forever but its coming along.

Mine are small blocks as well.We were up on balsom yesterday and lets just say it didnt go well.Had some wiring problems on the stb motor so it wouldnt start ,after i got it running the port motor let go putting two rods through the pan.So repowered today with a rebuilt one i had , going to rewire tomorow (some holidays ).I had to replace all the power cables and both engine harneses.Spent alot of money this week on it but should have it going for the weekend.

I love boating all part of buying a used boat.I will be putting two new motors in the winter and converting to mpi as well.Once i get it all sorted out it will be good.
