32 Fountain sportfish cruiser with twin 454s (maybe 8500 lbs), aluminum dual axle trailer with electric over hydraulic brakes (about 1800 lbs), add a ton for fuel (1500 lbs for 250 gallons) water, food, gear, so weight going down the freeway is probably 12000 lbs. F350 dually V10.

Tows very easy. Actually more comfortable towing than when not. MPG on California freeways (55 mph) is 13 mpg. At 65 mph its 10 mpg.

The electric over hydraulic disk brakes on the trailer is absolutely necessary. The original surge brakes would not fully release, so the barely dragging brakes would heat the trailer hubs to the point all the grease would run out and the bearing would fail -- over and over and over again, usually once a month or more frequently (like a half dozen times cross country). With the hydraulic brakes the brakes totally release, so I have had exactly zero bearing failures since.

Same boat here. With a half tank of fuel and the usually junk on board the boat weighed 9,500# on a certified load cell on a lift. I'm pulling with a 2500 V-10 Ram. Same thing here , pulls very well.
