2008 F350 lariat 27 Fountain (sold) -also need bigger boat-currently looking at 47!

Do you have 4x4? I have a simular truck 5.4 liter with the upgrade tow package (Heavy trans and gears). Can you get it up the ramp ok with 2wd? Everyone is telling me I will need a bigger truck towing a 32 or 35.

Sheer my 32 on the trailer a Lil fuel, light on equipment weighed in @ 10,500lbs... Really would advise not using an F150 unless equipped like that 1 mentioned, really would work that 5.4

Towed my 32 with my '00 250SD with 5.4 no problems. Had to keep OD off. Seemed to have a dead spot around 60 (really struggled to maintain speed), but get to 65 and it would run like a raped ape. Almost like at 65 it was in it's premium torque range at the higher rpm. I now have a 250SD with the V10. I leave it in OD and have no problems at any speed.

It's not that you can pull it with the F150, it's when you need to stop.

'88 37' Baja Force ~ 12,000#

Usually up front (if no one spikes the brakes in front of me) is my 2000 Yukon XL, 1500 all stock 180,000 miles 5.3L

Come on... let me hear it!!!
