Intercepter, what kind of mileage you getting w/ that v10 2500? I pull my 32 w/ a 3500 drw v/10 running around 70-75 I get 7.5-8mpg on the best days

I have been towing my 33 Outlaw ~12K lb. boat and trailer with my F250 4X4 V10 for the last several years. Absolutely no issues.
Have been looking at 35 and 38 Fountains, and truthfully, haven't yet pulled the trigger because I am wondering if the V10 is enough to pull the 38 with. Would love a 42 also, but I assume it is really too much for a 250. Anyone have any experience with 250 V10s pulling these? |

wildman.....if you go to page two of this thread, you see a pic of the 42 with the F-350.....matching pacakge one.

Pwam a 35 fountain prolly weighs less than your outlaw, my 32 & trailer weigh 10,500... A 35 is only a couple hundred lbs heavier, now a 38? I dunno
