Got the throttle pod from Livorsi, and the throttles too. You need to run throttle cables that are a couple feet shorter than the originals.

I will do it all over again, when I get the next Fountain.

Interesting reading about this topic as many ask me the same.... One GOOD thing I have noticed with the left side throtles is when I am docking, the position is finebecause I then stand in the middle of the boat and have equal view to both sides, especially when reversing into a new place for mooring the boat. Maybe Fountain shold make the left side of th bolster a little higher to support the elbow?? It is not so noticable as a problem on the new seats, They are higher...

What I REALLY MISS in my 29 (and on all othe Fountain sportsboats, is a center cushion so it is possible to be three persons up front. It is very unsocial to sit alone in the rear seat!!! Does anyone have that?
