Default Bilge Pump Recommendation

Caution Rant:

Damn attwood bildge pump under the motor has started running continously and tripping the breaker, which kills the stereo circuit. The damn thing is under the oil pan with only 1" clearance +/-, would have to be a yoga master to get to it. I got it out but it was not fun.

Rant Over.

Can anyone recommend a replacement for my out of date attwood guardian 1100 bilge pumps? Being that these are the main pumps for the boat I'd like to get ones that are easily serviced, and dependable.

Thanks for any help.

I would just replace both with Lovett pumps that come standard from Foumtain. Never seem to hear of too many problems with them.

It must be that time of year, mines doing somthing similar runs all the time but not at full power, just a continuous hum. To prevent blowing fuses I just remove mine and put it in when I need it, no I don't leave it in a slip - trailered. If you get a chance send that yoga master my way cause mines located in about the same place. Biggest problem is unless I remove the battery and stow box I don't think you can even reach it much less try to disconect anything. OK Ragged you can give me crap now if you like.
