well keep in mind you don't need to set boost to 700+ HP onw could choose to set 3lbs probably around 640hp, and the drives should live, maybe a little longer

Most likely bump to sportmasters to handle the new power.

Alot of guys make a living rebuilding blown drives. Same guys that gave you more power to start with.

XR comes standard with a 600sci, so you should be fine up to around 600-650hp

Whippled 525's work awsome! HTG Marine on Grand Island,NY can install and give you a turn key package...tuned , propped and dialed in if that is what your looking for. It takes 1 week...don't miss a weekend! Check it out at www.htgracing.com or email at [email protected] We have 39 Velocity ,40 Baja and 32 Sunsation with Whippled 525's....no problems. Can also make you a nice deal on kits if your installing yourself.

Do a search on 42PR drive issues.

They have a rep for being hard on drives with stock 525's, I think your asking for trouble putting more power to them.

Maybe look into upgrading to Teague Platinums or the high end Imco, if you want to spend the $ , re-rig with #6's.
