It is a 85 with 3a drives. I am going to pull the engines out to npaint the bilge and engines. the drives need to be painted and the rest of the hardware on the back.I also am getting the interior done. Wannt to make it nice. The hole boat was painted basecoat clear and looks great just want to freshin it up..

The first thing you need to do is change your screen name. LMAO Boat looks great, and you're gonna love the SSM drives. Take your time and do it right, don't be in a hurry, you'll be glad in the end.

If you've got any kind of real power for that hull, it could be a real rocket. The first thing I'd do if I was you, is get a guy that knows the bottom of these hot rod boats, and have him check the hull to see if there is a hook in the bottom. Once you get a "rocker" bottom under it, you're ready to see some significant gains in your speeds nomatter what kind of power it's got.

Good luck, have fun, and mostly be safe.

Frank

I checked the bottom out and there is not a hook in it.it is very straight and not one stress crack in it. I was very surprized.
