Looking back @ some old threds on prop selection, what is a average prop slip # for triple large step 47' with stock props?

I show 9% for 2002 500 EFI, 28 Bravo I, 1.5 gears, 5,300 at 85 GPS.

Didn't you have BBlades work there magic on your props?

Brett had told me some time back that when figuring prop slip on say a stock 32" that you subtract 1" when calculating. So a 32" is figured as a 31", 30" as a 29" & a 28" as a 27", not sure why...

BAM web site shows optimum % slip for a heavy V bottom is 10-13% & for a fast V bottom 8-9% slip.

Yes they did go to Bblades. I didn't have them labbed. Just touched up and checked out. One was replaced due to a crack.
