I'll probably get bashed; but I worry about how low to the water the 32's sit - It's like the rubrail is under water...
I'd go to a 35' if it was me, seems to be better balanced.

I have a HP 500 EFI in my 2000 29 and it runs really well. I had a friend with a 35 with twin HP 500 EFI and realistically ran 78. Getting a 35 to 90 is going to take some 500's with whipples IMHO.
