It is a frustrating deal, but is what it is. Agree with Blownincome, just get Gail on the line and you're good. She is a real sweetheart of a southern lady, she will do her best to get you what you need. She's priceless! Bailed me out a number of times.

Ive dreamed of fountain for years and finally bought a used on. But after trying to contact them on various things, if I ever were to buy a new boat dont think it would be fountain after poor customer service, horrible website, and horrible apparal and gear. IM not doubting their quality but it seems unless you show up with 2-300,000 they dont care. Ill never have that for a boat anyways, but if I did i might look elsewhere now.
