No Call Backs
Contacted Fountain TWICE this week to get a couple of questions answered and never got a call back. I guess we will figure it out ourselves.

I've gotten return calls weeks later. Give it a little longer. Maybe someone will post a inside number for you.

It is a frustrating deal, but is what it is. Agree with Blownincome, just get Gail on the line and you're good. She is a real sweetheart of a southern lady, she will do her best to get you what you need. She's priceless! Bailed me out a number of times.
