It's ben fun watching Eddie's build. If you have 2 motors that will reliably pull over 1000hp you ought to be happy.

We elected to go ahead and have FPM install them. The are mounting them just outside the drives on the 2nd strake, and then doing a notched lead in I believe. We are running them through 2 small strainers and directly to the intercoolers.

So the way I understand it is the 1.5" notched pickup in the keel is feeding the large Intercooler, along with the drive pickups.

We also had them strip the big strainer that was painted blue and are having it chromed.

After talking to Eddie I installed 2 adjustable pickups out on the lift strakes also for each intercooler [like the stock 700 boats ] and leave the main center one to feed the engines .

I am glad Eric is finally almost straightened out here. I knew Eddie would be the man for the job. That 42 with 1000+ HP per side is going to fly at the Shootout! I can't wait!

That sounds like what they are doing...

They are also adding another for their yama-tail mod.

And again, thank you Eddie. I bet you never in your wildest dreams thought you would be dealing with someone as twisted and phuckd up as me....lol.

At first I was a lil dissapointed with the 1020HP numbers (yes Griswald you win...lol). But after talking to you and having you explain the pulley/belt situation it makes perfect sense. I have no doubt that they will be 1050+ with the 3.25 pulley and a smaller belt.
The thing that I respected the most was that you were nothing but brutally honest with the numbers. You flat out told me "1020 is what I can tell you now". After all that my brother and I have gone through on this boat, and all the false promises and outright lies, I cant thank you enough for your honesty.
I cant wait to get the boat and run it with Sr/Lil R/Eddie. I texted Lil R last night and he is pumped.
I dont know if a video would be a good idea...as there is a very good chance that I may be naked during my entire visit to NC....unless you are like Dean and are into that kind of thing.
Congratualations on your new additions. Still a little punkchy bout that homos from KS comment. Post up the dyno sheets so we can see the impressive numbers compared to the originals. Looking forward to hearing the boat performance compared to the last time you actually made it out and had something that resembled a great ride.
