Default 38 Fever Fuel tank size

Anyone know what size tanks came from the factory? 1990 38. I thought i read somewhere they were twin 90 gallon, but this season one tank took 93 gallons. I know i was low on fuel but not that low. Twin 110 maybe?

Default Tank Size

My book said my 1990 had 105s on each side. I put 97 in one side when it was empty.

Being mines a 1990, that does sound about right.

I had installed new fuel senders this year, as the old ones didnt work when I bought the boat. When the boat took 93gallons at the gas pump, the gauge was a hair over "E" on the gauge. So guessing my senders are pretty close now. Thanks!

The tags on each of my fuel tanks says 105 gallon capacity, built in 1990. You should be able to check by removing the hatch cover under the bench seat to access the rear of the fuel tanks.

probably a safe bet to assume it has twin 105 gallon tanks, being its a 1990. I will look to see if the tank is marked. THanks guys!
