This is my 32' Fountain SFC.With the additional weight forward from the half tower the swim platform is higher then most 32's. Maybe getting some additional weight forward would help.

The 32 fever with the step has the issues. When fountian removed the fiberglass from the under the rear hull is sank lower in the water causing problems.

My hull is the same as a fever with a single step, 1996 model. The difference is the deck, liner and half tower and stand up head, again probably more overall weight plus weight forward.
Even with the clearance I have I get the vibrations if I open the silent choice exhausts to dump straight out the back.

Trust me, I have thought about it, but the head check writer, who also happens to be the social butterfly of this relationship, wouldn't hear of it. If it were up to me, I'd nout removable poles all the way around the sundeck, and put velvet ropes up like at the club, and let only those I want to cross or hang out on my boat.

Unfortunately, my last, last boat (2 boat ago, if you need some counting), was an exceptionally well taken care of 89 Baja 240. She had a BADASS 540 in her, and was a lot of fun on lake Travis. Not so much in the rough, but I digress. She had dry exhaust exiting above the swim platform. I loved the he!! out of it. Wife, not so much. The boat had a 2000 watt stereo in it, and you couldn't even hear it under way, I haven't figured the math out yet, but somehow, 650 HP can beat out more than twice as much stereo wattage...lol. Not that that was a big deal to me, I love a screaming big block, but you know where the push back on that is coming from. To be competely honest, even I got kinda tired of it when the PoPo got interested. Which was every time I pulled into the party cove, pulled out of the party cove, put it on the trailer, pulled it off of the trailer, started it up, shut it down, cruised anywhere....and on and on. In a perfect world, I'd throw some SMI dry exhaust on this one too, exiting above the swim platform. No worries about vibrating with that setup, but it's just not that practical...I've learned the value of "selective stealth' these days on the lake. At least around here.
