A/C doesnt work..?

What is it doing? - fan running inside - If yes then is the condenser making any noises, humming?
Is the breaker for the condenser on? If the condenser is humming for a few seconds RIGHT after it is turned on then turn the power off to the condenser and take the electrical cover off and look at the silver can. Is the top bulged up or dished down in? If it is bulged up then the capacitor is bad. Replace it with one that has the same readings.

I do not have the boat in my possession as of yet. I had a survey done and they said it did not work. It is a factory installed A/C on a 35' Fountain. Once I have more info I will post it here. Hopefully its nothing to serious.
