bought a lot of parts from Fountain,,,sides of faring,,head rest skins and foam,,rear sun pad skin and foam,,rear head rest skin,,they made me cup holder because my 32 did not have any in the front,all the vinyl matched perfect to original vinyl ,,prices were in line with everyone else around me maybe a little cheaper,,started with Gail but she is no longer there and the new ladys name I believe is Joanna,,service was great no issues..

+1. I've also dealt with Joanna Bodwin at Fountain and she's been terrific. Very responsive and helpful. She helped me with new sun pad skins, cup holders, grab rails and a new deck rail. All perfect, and shipped expeditiously.

To answer your question with what's wrong with the factory pointers... they are plastic. I didn't like the look of cheap plastic parts so I made billet ones. Its a shame with all the money you spent on your boat and dash with Mitcher T paint and still have plastic pointers. I guess you can't beat $1.00 if you like plastic but if you want to look cool it cost a little more.

I just asked a question,,,, if you are getting upset because some guys have questioned where their new tabs are and why they have not received them please dont take it out on me,,talk to them,,I simply asked a question..

and you are correct I have spent alot of money on my boat and I just dont think the plastic pointers take away from all the work that I have done,,but I dont know if adding your pointers will really change the look either,,
I did buy some extra pointers ($4.00 more dollars spent)and my buddy at the body shop is painting them,,I think I might like that better...will see..

The next step will be to ship me the order and send the tracking number to confirm. Once I have my indicators, all will be forgiven. At this point, I still do not have either. I am not trying to be a jerk, but I ship things every day and I have not experienced the same troubles. I'm not upset at all. You asked what was wrong with plastic I told you I don't like them. I love the work you did to your boat and no the plastic doesn't take away at all. I just like shinny things. I see your in IL if you boat the chain of puddles we should grab a beer and I'll show you in person the difference they make to the dash.

Not sure on the shiver but probably be out on Saturday. My fountain is nothing special in the looks department I made it fast before pretty. That will all change this winter I'm redoing interior and paint and well pretty much everything but motors. I just want to see yours I'm sure pics don't do it justice!!!!

Missbehavin: Did you receive my paypall payment made to your e-mail address on 8-20-13? Not in any hurry to receive, but I'm looking forward to getting rid of the plastic pointers. I ordered 4 stainless pointers as I have replaced the dash with red carbon fiber with stainless bezels and the pointers are the last detail.

Does anyone who bought the billet aluminum pointers have an extra one by any chance??

Is MissBehavin777 still making these and everyone that ordered get them? I'm doing blue carbon fiber and think this would be a nice touch.

Yeah, they look pretty nice against the blue carbon fibre for sure. I traded messages with him a little over a month ago as I was looking for one more (now that I have three engines..LOL) and he said he had sent me one, but it never turned up and I have been unable to reach him since. His PM inbox here is full and I've sent him emails to his paypal email address with no luck. I have no beef here, just don't know what happened.. hope he's ok.

I got burned for $125.00, ordered and paid for the stainless steel, never sent, traded posts and e-mails, never received. A little dissapointed, don't know why some folks got theirs and I didn't, but that's life. Seemed like a nice guy, but must of gotten overwhelmed by it all.

Wow. That stinks. When I first ordered, got them in a few days. You probably could have disputed the payment on paypal.

That's too bad. Was he making these on the side at work or with his own machinery? I could see a machine shop frowning upon an employee using their equipment to make and sell parts for personal gains.

I have a rental agreement with the shop owner for the machine time. But in the process of buying my own equipment to do my own stuff faster and cheaper.

Missbehavin: I would love to get the pointers and I'll surely wait the 2 weeks or so. It wasn't the money as much as I was dissapointed I wouldn't be able to get the pointers, my dash needs them terribly. I'm glad to hear you have worked though the family matters. Hope all is well.
