The guy is not a scammer. Most of us have received them. He did admit to having some issues with family I think that kept him away a while. I vouch for him good guy.

Paid for on Sept 5, now it's mid April. That's 8 months. Lots of boats can be built from scratch in 8 months. :)

I'm not saying it doesn't need to be rectified but I'm saying he wasn't out scamming people. I think he but off more than he could chew by offering these. Also think he said he gets limited free time on machine to make them and doesn't want to burn bridges.

Back in December / January time frame, he was having some family issues and disappeared. He ultimately did come through and send me the ones he had promised me. He had also posted here that he was going to take care of the backlog.. I am really surprised to see that some of the same guys who were asking back then still haven't received theirs. He's not a scammer, but I do think ICUL is right that he bit off more than he could chew. I have one extra aluminum pointer that I could contribute to someone who thinks they could duplicate them if he doesn't come through but I would really want it back afterwards.

On a side note, you should be aware of something when you install these. If your cables are not perfectly straight, i.e.: they pull down on the pointers sideways, these pointers are less forgiving than the plastic ones and will scratch your dash. I had all of my drive and trim cables replaced and they are pulling a bit. Now I have a nice long scratch between my trim tabs where the edge of one pointer traced a line as it was going down... Had to turn them so they don't face each other..

Nick emailed me back on Thursday the 17th & said he would ship them out this weekend. Sent him a few emails asking for the tracking number with no response again.

Just don't understand why people put them selves in a position to look bad. It's pretty simple, don't take the money if you can't deliver the product. I sell parts online everyday & would feel horrible if I couldn't deliver. I even overnight the product if I don't get it out on time when a customer orders 4 day.

Hopefully he comes through or will just request a refund from Paypal.

Really hope nobody else falls for this scam artist. Finally responds & says he was gonna send mine but have yet to get a tracking number or another email back. Nick is a straight scammer that should be punished to the full extent of the law!!!!!!!

Still no response & no pointers after paying in Sept. With other people paying & not receiving the product obviously the guy is a scammer. Stay away. Who ever he has ripped off we should pool together & notify the authorities. Acts like this really piss me off.
