Default 29 Fountain Fever

Looking at 04' /05' 29 fevers and wanted to hear how people like them. Single 525 boats.....pros and cons. Speeds? How is the ride? Any thoughts would be great!!!!!
Thank you

your '93 may only run 75 but a later model with a 525 runs 80 all day long. Great package.

525 is a great motor but you have to be careful with the headers especially that year. Just make sure you do engine survey with compression and leakdown tests and pressure test headers before you start boating.

Mine is a 2001 with the 500efi. I believe my boat would be 400-500 pounds lighter than the boat you are looking for due to the updated deck and windshield. Mine runs 70+ all day even with a load of people and full of fuel. With perfect conditions and a little less weight I can flirt with and break 75.

Not sure where you are located, but I know of a very nice '04 29 Fever with 525/XR package. Very good condition boat. It was in the classifieds but I think it expired.

As far as I know, it is still for sale in Henderson, KY.

I also know of a 27' Fever with 502/Bravo I package for sale - also in Henderson, KY.

Both are priced right - and great to excellent condition.

I have a 29' Fever. Remember that the 29' length also includes the swimstep and the narrow nose. Expect it to ride more like a 26'. That aside, the boat seems to ride better over 1-2' chop the faster you go.
Performance is very good with speeds from 70-80 depending on power. The 525 should be good for at least 75.
