Probably froze due to not being drained when winterizing. If it sweeps the same as the other gauge, your pressures are probably the same for each motor. Replacing the gauge would fix it.

So where does it attach to the engine? Have never done these but figured I should this year.

Port side block drain is where mine is connected. Beside draining the gauge of water, it's also nice to blow out all the sediment that gets in the hose.

Thanks but have 525 EFI's, closed cooling here.
