I guess I would not want to cut anything that has to do with any structure out of my boat ,but hey whatever.

Not sure about making the whole cabin a giant v-birth, but removing the stupid (imo) sink/cooler/fridge and adding a couch there to match the right side would be nice.

I think having it all one bed would hurt resale, IMO. Because as a buyer I would be like "great, now if I want to put it back to factory, I have to hope the seller put all the parts in a safe place so they are covered in mold, cat piss and mouse terds, and then I have to figure out how to put this jig saw puzzle back together"

lol

I would agree with TooLateVTEC. Would not be hard to remove those items and just extend the couch out with out butchering up the cabin.

You know just thinking out loud but what if you removed the seats on both sides.

Put the small port side over on the starboard and then extend the current berth.

that way you would still have the sink and a small place to sit and get dressed but have your longer bed.

But then again I am drunk so who knows,,,,,

I liked your original idea. If you could pull just 100 pounds out of the bow I bet it would show up on the speedo. Don't worry about resale. There is no resale value anyway and customizing is cool.
