I seen where a client ordered the center cover from a new Chris Craft Capri (or Launch) that had the weighted "spinner" cover and had a metal plate engraved with his boat logo (not Fountain) and affixed over the Chris Craft logo.... the wheel turns but the weighted center keeps the logo always properly aligned.

No idea if he had to replace the hub and wheel for a specific screw cover pattern or what he went through - just noticed the new wheel (needed anyways) and the logo always righted....
