Anyone know the history of this 83 33?
Bottom had a lot of work done to it, as did the stringers and transom

Anyone have any thoughts on why?? I've seen many threads about adding a pad but never removing one.

are you sure it was removed? Did the 83 have a pad? I noticed you're seeking the 12 meter. How come?

Yes, even the original bill farmer built executioner without the beak had a pad.
No time to work on the 12 meter. If it sells cool, if it doesn't I'll work on it little bit at a time.
I just want to go boating. Tired of working on my own boat to that extent.

Removing the pad is nothing new. A lot of racers remove them so they run better in rough water.

Anybody know this boat or a previous owner?
